I spent Christmas at this hotel, and it was pretty great! The location is unbeatable—right by the water with fine lake views and easy access to local attractions. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay feel special. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. The breakfast served here was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. our stay was fantastic and we felt at home here.

That the jacuzzi next to the swimming pool was quite cool, and it would have been more pleasant if it were warmer. However, despite this minor issue, we would still highly recommend this hotel to families.

i loved the room with fantastic views of sml, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. there was variety of healthy meals. location: the hotel was really close to the waterfront of the sun-moon lake, taiwan for two weeks and mile long boardwalk. all the staff were excellent, competent.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the amazing location in the village on the waterfront. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with fantastic views of Sun Moon Lake from the balcony. The breakfast, although not catered to international visitors, offers a large variety of options.
